How the automatic cat feeder works

The Petkit Fresh Element connects via Wi-Fi, giving you full control of your cat's meals from the Petkit app — schedule feeds, adjust portion sizes, or trigger a snack on demand from wherever you are. Silicone impellers stop mixed kibble sizes jamming, and the backup power system keeps it dispensing through a power cut.

Weight sensors and portion control

Built-in weight sensors track what's actually dispensed rather than estimating by rotation, which matters if you're managing your cat's weight. Low-food alerts tell you when to top up. Appetite change is often the first visible sign a cat is unwell, and a feeder that logs intake catches it earlier than a bowl does.

Keeping dry food fresh
