We’re currently shipping to UK Mainland and Northern Ireland only.
We know your cat’s already sitting by the door, impatiently meowing “where’s my stuff?” So here’s everything you need to know about how your order travels the cosmos and lands at your doorstep.
🎁 Free Floof Standard Delivery When You Spend £35+
Spend £35 or more and your delivery is on us!
No promo codes, no swooshing tails, the delivery fee simply disappears at checkout once your basket hits the magic number.
📦 Floof Standard Delivery (3–5 Working Days)
Every order is lovingly packed (usually with a sprinkle of cat hair for good luck) and sent via one of our trusted delivery partners - this is usually Royal Mail.
You can expect your parcel to arrive within 3–5 working days of placing your order, however some postcodes in more remote areas or during busy times, this may take a little longer.
