Once your order has been handed to the delivery carrier, title and risk pass to you. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control.

If you are a consumer residing in the UK or EU, you have the statutory right to cancel most online purchases within 14 days of receiving your goods, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

Perishable,
Personalised, or
Unsealed after delivery (for hygiene reasons, such as opened food or grooming items).
